Allegra Marketing • Print • Mail in Marmora has launched its FootPRINT Fund®, which awards marketing communications and print services, through Allegra in Marmora, to select applicant nonprofit organizations to help enhance their image, expand their services and extend their marketing communications and printing budgets.

Who is Eligible?

The FootPRINT Fund® for 2018 is available to any 501c(3) nonprofit group, association or charitable organization serving Atlantic or Cape May County that meets the FootPRINT Fund® selection criteria.

What is the Value of Services Awarded?

Services are awarded at a maximum value of $1,000 per organization for the award year. Applicants may receive services in the value of the amount requested or in a lower amount depending on the number of applications in a given year. Download the brochure for additional information.

Services include marketing, graphic design, printing, signs & banners, bindery or direct mail campaigns.

All awarded print and marketing communications services must be used between January 2, 2018 and May 31, 2018. Awards may only be used for projects originating during these dates and not to offset any existing balances due to Allegra in Marmora.

How Do We Apply?

To be considered for a FootPRINT Fund® award, submit a completed application form. You can submit an application here. You can also pick up an application at our office at 533 South Shore Road, Marmora, NJ.

The application deadline is December 8, 2017. Applicants receiving an award will be notified by December 29, 2017.

What are the Selection Criteria?

Applications are reviewed by a panel of comprised of representatives from the community and Allegra in Marmora. The panel responds in writing to all applications that are submitted in accordance with the application deadline. Organizations should not assume an award has been given until such notification. Any eligible organization or association can apply and need not be a customer of Allegra in Marmora.

Award recipients are selected based upon how the print services will be used to further the organization’s goals, including:

  • Service expansion – Use of print and marketing communications services to contribute to expanding an organization’s awareness or existing service projects.
  • Program enhancements – Use of print and marketing communications services to promote new programs or projects.
  • Leveraged efforts – Use of print and marketing communications services to increase the impact of other existing resources.

We hope the FootPRINT Fund® we have established will help our local organizations and associations leave their “footprints” in our community through increased awareness and visibility.
