Nick has extensive experience in sales, customer service, project management and heavy equipment operation, and has been associated with several major brands throughout the Northeast. He began his professional career as a Manager for a former top supermarket chain Genuardi’s and later as a South Jersey Sales Territory Representative for Penn Maid Foods. He founded and co-owned a flooring maintenance company that serviced several large retail accounts in Pennsylvania. Nick also assumed responsibility as project manager and led business development for several contractors and concrete companies, including EP Henry, where he served as the Hardscaping Territory Sales Manager for Southern New Jersey. In 2010, Nick and his wife, Denise, became owners/partners of Allegra Marketing Print and Mail in Marmora, New Jersey. He is responsible for day to day management of business development, vendor management and the operations and production associated to the company’s services. Nick is former President of the Upper Township Business Association in Cape May County, New Jersey and serves as a soccer coach for Upper Township, New Jersey.
As co-owner of Allegra Marmora, Denise brings several years of experience in marketing, retail merchandising and business consulting to the table. She served five years in the U.S. Army while attending college in California and worked for the Joint Chief of Staff during the Reagan Administration. She held several executive positions throughout Hawaii, California and Northern New Jersey to include responsibilities as a buyer for a wholesale book company and a regional wholesale pharmaceutical company. Denise was later named Director of Marketing and Merchandising for a New York City-based pharmaceutical company (Duane Reade, now part of Walgreens). From 2001 through 2014, Denise continued her career as a retail management consultant in the U.S. and Canada, including a tenure as a Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers, managing several Fortune 500 accounts. She joined her husband Nick as full time V.P. Sales and Marketing for Allegra Marmora in 2015. She provides guidance for strategic business decisions, leads the company sales and marketing team and oversees human resource management activities. Denise was recently selected to Alliance Franchise Brands’ Marketing & Print Division Network Advisory Council (NAC). The NAC consists of 10 members serving three-year terms, representing nearly 300 Allegra marketing and print franchise members throughout North America. She also serves as Vice Chair for the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Atlantic and Cape May Counties and as an Ambassador for the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce.
Both Nick and Denise value activities within their local community, enjoy spending spare time traveling and being with their three children and grandchild.
